The room was small and very basic with hot water, hairdryer, air conditioning, toiletries, and a kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free gym use and garden cafe were available in the nearby hotel owned by the same management. The location was central, close to Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi Station, Lalaport, Time Square shopping mall, and Zepp concert venue within a 5-7 minute walk. WiFi worked well.
