The room was comfortable with a city view but the window could not be opened, and the water heater was not heating well. The staff were helpful, particularly the Bangla speaking lady at reception and one Bangla speaking male staff. The location was near a shopping mall and close to MRT LRT. A deposit of RM100 in cash was required but returned upon check-out.
