An upgrade included a window, WC, and air conditioning in a clean and comfortable room. Coffee and tea were available throughout the day at no extra cost. The location was very central, close to the MRT station and Chinatown/Petaling Street Market. Reception operated 24 hours with attentive staff providing excellent service. A rooftop terrace offered views of the Petronas Towers.
