The hotel was located at the heart of Bukit Bintang near Jalan Alor with restaurants and grocery shops like KK and 7-Eleven within walking distance. The room had a very big window with views of city buildings, KL tower, and the hotel swimming pool. The bed was comfortable in the Tangerine room but less so in Amber, which also had some dust on the carpet. Safe parking was available nearby, and Grab taxis picked up guests from the hotel lobby while Bukit Bintang MRT station was a 5-8 minute walk away.
