The stay was pleasant with nice rooms and a great location near Bukit Bintang. The staff was friendly and helpful, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The hotel featured an accessible setting in the city center, complemented by a unique Jeju Coffee café inside that served excellent coffee made by professional and friendly baristas. Water pressure in the room was notably strong, enhancing comfort during the visit.
Clean, good location in Kuala Lumpur near Jalan Alor. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Erisha. Coffee at hotel available anytime, barista nice. Strategic spot for attractions in KL.
