The location was central in Bukit Bintang, just minutes from Lot 10 and Pavilion. Free mineral water was provided in the lobby, which was appreciated on hot days. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering early check-in at an affordable price. The hotel was clean and neat with a rooftop terrace situated in the middle of town. Numerous restaurants and cafes surrounded the area for convenience.
