Friendly and helpful staff, especially the Saudi girl at reception who was professional and efficient, made the stay pleasant. The room was comfortable with adjustable air conditioning, a bidet in the toilet, good quality toilet paper, two pillows, a small bolster, and a soft cozy bed. The location was very convenient near UCSI University.
