The hotel was located very close to Chan Sow Lin LRT&MRT station with a direct connecting bridge from the station to the mall. The front desk staff, especially Mr. Kabir and Mr. Rayhan, were helpful and had nice behavior while the security person Mr. Bishnu Prasad was cooperative and humble.
