The hotel was located in Midvalley Mall with a view of KLCC and Merdeka 118 from the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a gentleman at reception who helped recover a phone left in a Grab quickly. Breakfast was served on the 9th floor but had limited variety of hot food and needed more attention during busy mornings.
