The response to requests for assistance was very fast and efficient. The stay included access to a rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views of the Twin Towers. The apartment was spacious, clean, and located on a high floor, allowing quicker access to the lift despite crowds. Amenities such as laundry facilities and a ceiling shower were provided. Check-in procedures were smooth and easy.
