The hotel was located in the middle of KL's Chinatown with metros, buses, and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom, good shower, and Aesop products. The staff were welcoming and helpful, managing to get salt late at night when the kitchen was closed. Breakfast was great but the menu choice was somewhat restricted. The rooftop pool had a great view and provided a zen moment during hot days.
