The location was excellent, situated right in Bukit Bintang with Pavilion shopping centre just across the road. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and highly professional, with Concierge Mr Najib noted for being especially helpful. Breakfast was not taken due to abundant nearby food options. Service standards were consistently high throughout the stay.
