The staff were very friendly during check-in, and the service was excellent throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with fabulous views of the Petronas Towers. The suites offered a relaxing atmosphere with super comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and provided value for money. The location was decent but uphill with no immediate amenities nearby.
