The pool on the 35th floor was a highlight with nice views of KLCC, Trax tower, and Kg Baru. The room was spacious with working air conditioning and two bathrooms, though the master washroom had a slight smell. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to complaints. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, food streets, shopping malls, and many places within walking distance. Netflix did not work properly in the room.
