The Deluxe King Room was spacious with a very nice view of the Merdeka 118 tower. The location offered easy access to public transport and was close to Plaza Rakyat LRT Station. The staff and housekeepers were polite and friendly, providing satisfactory service. Breakfast was nice, though some noted a lack of variation. The hotel’s central position made exploring the city on foot exceptionally convenient.
