The location was near Axiata Arena and Bukit Jalil Stadium with nearby restaurants and shops. The front desk staff, Harry at check-in and Rafsan at check-out, were pleasant and informative. The room had basic essentials like towels and body shampoo, was tidy but not spotless, with a spacious bathroom.
