The location was near food courts and all amenities. The staff was helpful with printing visas and treated guests as valued customers. The rooms were clean but lacked an extra dustbin outside the toilet, water heater, and mugs. The WiFi worked sporadically for about 30 minutes during the stay, and other available hotel WiFi connections were denied for use. The assigned room was smaller than booked, and bed sheets with yellow streaks had to be replaced after request.
