The hotel had exceptionally comfortable beds and helpful staff with Ms Moon and the concierge being especially mentioned. The location was great, close to KL Central train station with direct KLIA Express access. The room was big enough with a good view of the city. Breakfast was scrumptious with lots of food selection and variety of cuisine. The sauna was exceptionally good while the swimming pool and gym connected to Hilton were really nice.
