The hotel was situated in a prime location with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping malls, and rooftop bars. The rooms were high quality and comfortable, with some guests receiving complimentary upgrades upon arrival. Staff provided excellent customer service, including attentive concierge assistance. Breakfast offerings were noted as excellent during the stay.
