The hotel was clean and modern with spacious rooms that had balconies, beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a fantastic egg station. The rooftop pool on the 19th floor had amazing views of the KL skyline and Petronas Towers, which were within a 10-15 minute walk along with Bukit Bintang and KL Tower. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming while the Italian restaurant Il Forno was there for dining.
