The room was clean, comfortable, and had basic facilities such as a bed, iron, hair dryer, towels, toiletries, refrigerator with small freezer part, safe, and daily bottles of water. The staff was friendly and helpful when I accidentally left my access card inside. The location was very convenient near Pasar Seni MRT and LRT stations with easy access to public transport and attractions including shopping centers and restaurants.
