Friendly and helpful staff made check-in smooth, the room was comfortable with a partial view of Petronas, and the breakfast had plenty of options though more fruit was wished for, the pool and gym were well equipped with fantastic views, parking had plenty of spaces, and a bridge on the 3rd floor connected to Petronas and nearby malls avoiding traffic.
