The location was central and convenient, just a five-minute walk from Pavilion mall with easy access to the tram line. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with good breakfast options that were considered worth the price. Staff showed fast attention to requests and maintained a cooperative attitude. Filtered tap water was provided as an eco-friendly alternative to bottled water. The TV in the room was not LED, which could be improved.
