In the event that you do not have the credit card used to make the booking, you will be required to make full payment on the credit card that you have in your possession. Charges on the previous credit card will be refunded within 14 working days.
Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mouassal) is strictly prohibited in all units. Tenants are permitted to smoke on the balconies of Ground Floor units only. Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking is not permitted on balconies or terraces of units on the first or second floors. Should a tenant smoke inside their room, they will forfeit their deposit and subject to a cleaning fee equivalent to one night room charge at the prevailing rate. Please be kind enough to respect this agreement.

Car park within the precinct is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are to park at their own risk and to fully assume any loss or damages to their own vehicles parked on and off residence grounds.
Each room is only allowed a maximum of 2 adults per room except for the Sarang and Luxe Sarang rooms. Any request for an extra bed is subject to availability and chargeable at an additional MYR 250 nett per unit per night, inclusive of daily breakfast. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed in the property.

Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful with welcoming drinks, cakes, and decorations for our wedding anniversary while breakfast dishes were great with good variety, the pool outside the balcony was lovely to sit by and swim in with direct access from the beautifully designed rooms that had spas, making it feel like a quiet island oasis hidden in a peaceful neighborhood of KL.
