The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a city view. Staff provided fast, helpful service with 24-hour availability and quick responses to requests. The self check-in process was easy and efficient. The swimming pool on level 35 offered great views of the city but had strict rules enforced by security. Convenient access to nearby shops and transport made the location practical for guests.
