The accommodation had aircon working fine, amazing shower pressure, comfortable beds, and a TV with many watchable channels, the view was a pool view from the 17th floor. The location was excellent and convenient for walking to Berjaya Times Square, Alor Star Street, Pavilion, and many eateries and cafes. The staff were amiable but rooms were on different floors despite requests to be on the same floor.
