The service was excellent, with Mr. Kadir providing swift assistance throughout check-in and addressing any issues promptly. The location was strategic, within walking distance to KLCC, and parking was convenient. Communication with the managing host Abdul was easy and professional, who resolved initial apartment concerns by offering a better unit. Cleanliness of the premises and rooms met expectations, while gym and pool access required additional fees. Numerous power plugs were available via extensions for convenience.
