The location was great and within walking distance to Suria KLCC mall and many restaurants. The pool was amazing with beautiful views, especially at night, and the view from the 22nd floor suite was great. The room was spacious, clean, with a washer/dryer and cuckoo water filter. The staff were super friendly and communication was mostly quick and solution oriented.
