The hotel featured a modern and comfortable design near the Petronas Towers. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-suited for families, with good shower pressure after preheating. The rooftop infinity pool and hot tub offered amazing views that entertained children for hours. Elevator wait times were long during busy periods, making check-out challenging. A secure luggage storage service was available for a small fee after check-out.
