The staff named Bilal was very helpful and answered every question fast and clear, the host brought us straight to the room, explained everything, passed the keys, and already switched on the air-cond so it was not hot when we arrived, the apartment was amazing, very clean and bright with a nice view of KL Tower, located a short walk to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang shopping mall.
