The location offered stunning views and convenient access to nearby shops and metro stations. The apartment complex featured spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the pool area. Facilities included a large 50m swimming pool with different zones, while security was ensured by 24/7 personnel and access cards. The building connected directly to a shopping mall with food courts and supermarkets. The lobby design was modern, situated in an area formerly known as the old prison district.
