Helpful host responded quickly and the staff via WhatsApp were friendly and helpful, essentials such as cooking appliances, soap, and towels were provided, the gym and swimming pools were available with a fantastic rooftop pool area offering a nice night KL view, the laundromat facility was convenient but lifts could be troublesome with long queues, the location was near KL Sentral with easy access to monorail and restaurants within walking distance.
