Convenient check-in procedures were provided, requiring registration at the security counter with identification. The condominium was located just 100 meters from Masjid Alam Shah, allowing Quran recitations to be heard nearby. Spacious parking and well-functioning basic amenities were available. Nearby facilities included 7 Eleven and KK Mart across the street. The apartment featured a washing machine, air conditioning, and offered nice views close to My Town mall and Ikea.
