The apartment offered a perfect view and excellent facilities with a super friendly and helpful manager. The location was very convenient, close to train stations, major shopping areas, and popular food streets like Jalan Alor. The building and area were clean with good security and a nice swimming pool. Nearby amenities included 99 Speedmart, restaurants, cafes, Lalaport mall, LRT, monorail stations, and Stadium Merdeka within walking distance.
