Very clean and comfortable with superb decoration and fully functioning air conditioning, the house had a split level second bedroom that could fit more people. The location was very good and near basic necessities, suitable for family and friends gathering. The bathroom was very old and dangerous, mattresses had damaged springs causing discomfort especially for the elderly, kitchen cups were broken, and strict rules were enforced by the landlord.
