A prompt response from the agent was provided, and the self check-in procedure was easy to follow. The place was clean with all stated facilities available. The location was strategic, right next to Sunway Putra Mall, offering convenient access to major shopping areas and KLCC WTC. The pool was fantastic, and parking access proved convenient. Netflix was available in a large studio space with a pleasant night view.
