The location was excellent, within walking distance to the Petronas Towers, Pavilion, and Bukit Bintang. The apartment offered a great view from a high floor and was spacious with three bedrooms suitable for families. Staff were very helpful and responsive, providing luggage storage after checkout. The property was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with essentials including washing machines and heating. A 24-hour convenience store nearby added to the convenience of the stay.
