The apartment featured spacious two-bedroom accommodations with a microwave and other amenities. The location was strategic, especially convenient for university-related activities and close to the city center while remaining calm. Plenty of shops and restaurants were available nearby on Level 1. Indoor games and a swimming pool were also part of the facilities. The hotel was situated just minutes from key venues such as convocation sites.
