The suites offered spacious and clean rooms that were well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, promptly resolving an issue with hot water on the first day. The location was convenient, close to two metro stations and within walking distance of Petronas Towers and KLCC Park. Breakfast was served with a good variety, enhancing the overall experience.
