Friendly and helpful staff were always around, social events and game nights were organized, the room and shower room were clean with a nice lounge to chill and free coffee, easy access to public transport like MRT and Monorail was available, walking distance to Sungei Wang Plaza, Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square, and about 15 minutes walk to KLCC.
