Excellent management was responsive and available almost 24/7 on WhatsApp, and the staff allowed luggage storage for several days free of charge while helping to change to a cozier room. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped with everything needed, and had a huge comfy bed. The rooftop pool had incredible city views. The location was very close to KLCC, Jalan Alor night market, Bukit Bintang within walking distance, and a short ride from KL Sentral.
