Spacious room had a nice city view and was clean with a separate shower cubicle in the bathroom. The balcony was lovely to sit on and see the sunset. The rooftop infinity pool had views of Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower but was not beautiful, though good for a swim. Staff were helpful, check-in and check-out were easy, and Grab rides cost 10 to 20 RMB for other KL highlights too far to walk. Location was strategic, safe, close to shopping malls, strip malls, Chinatown, restaurants, metro station and food at any corner at any hour.
