An affordable and comfortable place was offered with spacious common areas including small desks for work. The shared room featured six beds and a large private closet with a lock. Facilities included toilets inside and outside the room, a locked locker in the kitchen, and well-functioning appliances. The building contained a kitchen, swimming pool, supermarket, gym access on the 11th floor, and easy access to public transportation within walking distance. A balcony provided views of the city along with laundry facilities available onsite.
