The hotel was situated in a great location, close to KL Sentral and numerous food stalls. Facilities and services met expectations, with cleanliness maintained throughout the stay. The room included a big wardrobe and an elevator was available. Some issues were noted with the bathroom size and bed comfort, while WiFi connectivity was unstable. Convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and Family Mart were within walking distance.
