Helpful staff and clean rooms were noted, with easy check-in requiring a RM50 deposit. The location was strategic, within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square, Lalaport, shopping malls, restaurants, bus and LRT stations. Parking was not available on site but overnight parking at Berjaya Times Square was possible for a reasonable fee. Executive rooms had great views of the surrounding areas.
