Friendly staff, especially Nassim and the receptionist, were very helpful and accommodating. The room was small but clean with a decent bathroom, and the mattress was swapped after a complaint about back pain. Wi-Fi worked well, free drinking water was available, and the location was convenient for Kuala Lumpur city centre attractions.
